EagleWing Mindfulness &  Somatic Learning Program

Using Indigenous Wisdom Practices to Facilitate Deep Focus, Inner Calm and Emotional Intelligence
Discover EagleWing

EagleWing Mindfulness & Somatic Learning Programs is an educational initiative of Red Nations Rising.  These programs help children, teens and families address challenges including video gaming and social media addiction, ADHD, and reconnecting with their body and inner awareness.

Adults and elders also benefit tremendously from these programs, including positive social engagement, trust, self-confidence and inner resilience.

Using ancient technologies including indigenous drumming, movement, breath work and story telling, our programs focus on mindfulness, positive behavior, and emotional development.

Through individual and group indigenous listening and learning methods, we stimulate whole brain development, enhance focus, and encourage deep learning and healing patterns.

These activities foster enhanced memory, multicultural literacy, emotional intelligence, and life path navigation skills for children, teens, families and adults of all ages. Our goal is to instill proactive behavior and character patterns, and eliminate any negative behaviors that affect the psycho-social, emotional, and cognitive development of children and teens.

We invite you to connect with us today to explore how integrating EagleWing Programs into your class, school, youth group, senior center, or educational program can initiate impactful conversations and foster transformative experiences for youth, families, and elders in your community.
